It includes buildings and service kiosks in separate areas that include cafes, toilets, etc., in addition to providing seating, sea chairs, umbrellas, and beach bathing areas to serve beach visitors, in addition to a beach games area. The project was implementing on an area of ​​260,000 square meters with a length of 2.6 kilometers, of which 1.5 kilometers is the length of the beach. More than 15,000 square meters of green areas and about 512 trees were planting.

In order to enhance safety on the beach and enable its visitors to benefit from it at night, a lighting network with a distinctive design and advanced technology has been implemented that includes surveillance cameras and Wi-Fi transmitters along the beach, and 255 parking spaces have been provided, including parking spaces for people with special needs. With slopes and paths leading directly to the boardwalk and to the bicycle paths.
